We choose the best zirconia powder and utilize a cold isostatic pressing system to form shapes,the main advantage of isostatic pressing is the uniform application of pressure, which lead to a very homogeneous density and shrinkage,yielding a very reproducible process.The production cost by using isostatic pressing is much higher than uniaxel dry pressing, but quality is also much higher.We try to provide high quality ,low cost zirconia blocks for all dental CAD/CAM milling system, support open architecture CAD/CAM milling system. Application
Flyin HT Plus high strength and high translucency, one of the best selling products series in the company, the material can be applied to coping , coping bridge, crown, all kinds of bridges. Suitable for restoration of both anterior and posterior for any kind of restoration cases.
Note:
Using different brands of sintering furnaces, different sintering temperatures and programs,the color and translucent of crown will be slightly different.Do not use rapid sintering furnace,because the temperature rise too fast, the zirconia can* t be sintered completely which will have large affect to the hardness and translucent of the crown.
